Shura Council member and IPU Forum of Women Parliamentarians member Hala Ramzi Fayez participated in a panel discussion held as part of the Parliamentary Meeting at the 28th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28).
The meeting is a collaborative effort between the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the UAE’s Federal National Council (FNC) .
