The Indian Community Relief Fund (ICRF) is gearing up for its 15th year of successfully staging the Faber Castell Spectra, described as ‘the largest art competition for students’ in the kingdom.The charity, under the patronage of the Indian Embassy, will be organising this year’s celebrations at the Indian School – Isa Town premises on Friday, November 24 .
