A 'headstrong' Indian martial artist, Naveen Kumar, set a world record by using his forehead to smash 273 unshelled walnuts in under a minute.
This achievement is the latest in an ongoing rivalry between him and his opponent, Muhammad Rashid.

Rashid is a Pakistani record breaker who first earned the title in 2014 after shattering 150 walnuts with his head.
He then proceeded to break his own record twice, by achieving a number of 181 walnuts in 2016 and 254 walnuts in 2017, until Kumar broke the record in the same year by shattering 217 walnuts.
The men went head-to-head in an Italian TV special in 2017, where Kumar managed to break 239 walnuts, and Rashid 254. Rashid held the record until Kumar broke it again a few days ago.
In order to break the record, Kumar trained with Prabhakar Reddy, a martial artist who holds the record for the most walnuts cracked in a minute by hand (303).
