Crew onboard a Royal Saudi Air Force fighter jet were killed after it crashed during a training mission in Khamis Mushait on Wednesday.
Defense Ministry spokesman Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki said the F-15SA aircraft had two people on board and crashed at 14:28 on Wednesday afternoon in the training area of King Khalid Air Base.
An investigation into the cause of the accident has begun, he added.
