AN EXPATRIATE businessman who leased a three-star hotel has sued a Bahraini magnate for allegedly violating their contract and using force to evict him from the property.
The Sri Lankan plaintiff has filed a case at the Lower Civil Court in an attempt to get the Umm Al Hassam hotel back under his operation .
