Leading UAE developer Damac Properties has handed over its 26-storey Zada Tower, a premium building located at Business Bay in Dubai with key amenities.
Main work on the tower began in September 2020 and was completed this year, thus demonstrating the efficient pace of construction despite the challenges of Covid-19 pandemic, said the developer.
Apart from its prime location, Zada offers top-class amenities such as a swimming pool, a children’s play area, a fitness centre, and retail outlets, which add to its appeal, it stated.
Owing to its location in one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods near downtown Dubai, residents will be close to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in their vicinity, it added.

The announcement comes after the successful handovers of two adjacent Damac towers in Business Bay - Reva and Vera - in mid-2022. The towers offer spectacular views of the city skyline as well as the Dubai Canal.
