Transguard Group, a leading business solutions provider, has said its Kitchen Maintenance Solutions (TGKMS) has signed an aftersales dealer agreement with Dometic, a leading brand for hospitality in-room equipment.
“Our newest business division offers comprehensive equipment maintenance solutions and partnering with Dometic enables us to deliver the high level of service we are known for to an expanded client base,” explained Saeed Al Marzouqi, Acting Managing Director, Transguard Group.
From June 2022, aftersales service calls for Dometic will be managed by TGKMS, where their in-house Dometic-trained technicians will diagnose, repair, and offer technical advice for Dometic minibars, mini safes, and wine coolers, as well as additional Dometic product lines.
Making a name

As an official aftersales Dealer for Dometic in the UAE market, TGKMS will not only provide service support but will also supply spare parts on behalf of Dometic Hospitality, UAE.
