Bahrain’s green drive moved a step further with the launch of a new afforestation project at Diyar Al Muharraq.Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak gave the go-ahead to the project, as part of the national strategy to double trees by 2035 and in line with Bahrain’s commitments to carbon neutrality by 2060 .
