A 22-YEAR-OLD Bahraini has become the first woman and the youngest in the kingdom to receive a licence to value properties worth up to BD10 million.
Mayan Adnan Mahmood received her Tier B Certified Valuer Licence from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera) on December 23 “after months of hard work, research and dedication” .
