Kuwait: The customs officers arrested an Arab national who was trying to leave the country, taking with him the sum of KD32,000.
The officers, who were acting following a tip-off, apprehended the man at Kuwait International Airport.
He was caught and referred to the Public Prosecution to account for the money and face charges.
