Muscat: More than one hundred people were arrested for trying to enter Omani territories illegally by infiltrating the borders.
Police also deported 127 Asians through Muscat International Airport as they violated visa rules and regulations.
The Omani authorities coordinated their deportation with respective embassies after taking necessary measures.
According to a report Arabic daily Al-Shabiba, security authorities warned the public and companies against employing or sheltering illegal workers and infiltrators.
