A WELL-KNOWN Bahraini actress has been put on medication for up to six months after falling ill from eating a shawarma.
Shatha Sabt has been diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease and hiatal hernia after suffering severe food poisoning, her sister Shaima – also a popular Bahraini actress – told Kuwaiti newspaper Alrai .
