Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates has announced a week-long holiday for the public sector, marking the advent of Eid Adha on Tuesday, August 21.
The Council of Ministers announced the seven-day Eid recess for public sector employees.
In a tweet posted on the UAE news agency WAM, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources said that the holiday will start on August 19, adding that work in the public sector would resume on the August 26.
