A 26-year-old man, described only as Asian by the authorities, has been arrested for allegedly murdering a 41-year-old man and setting fire to his residence at a farm in Tubli.
Following reports of the incident, authorities launched an immediate investigation and collected evidence which revealed signs of foul play .
