Al Ansari Financial Services (AAFS) has completed its $200 million acquisition of Bahrain's BFC Group Holdings, after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals.
The UAE-based financial services group said the deal makes it the largest non-banking financial institution (NBFI) in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region by branch network .
