A minister has outlined the conditions and guidelines for businessmen seeking to manage and operate the smart public transport network in Bahrain.
Transportation and Telecommunications Minister Dr Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa told the Shura Council, in writing, that aspiring operators will have to determine the activities and services that will be offered and the timeline for project implementation under a detailed operational plan .
