Supreme Council for Youth and Sport first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa issued Edict 15 of 2025 regarding the appointment of the board of directors of the Bahrain Badminton and Squash Federation.
According to the edict, the board for the 2024-2028 term will be chaired by Dr Sawsan Haji Mohammed Taqawi, with Abdullah Ahmed Khamis Sabeel Al Balooshi, Hisham Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Abbasi, Ibrahim Abdulraheem Mohammed Kamal, Jaafar Sayyed Ibrahim Jaafar Hassan, Latifa Osama Ibrahim Mohammed Buhiji, Mohammed Mukhtar Majid Shubbar Majid, and Dana Ali Abdulla Ali as members.
