Charity societies in Bahrain may soon benefit from subsidised electricity and water tariffs.
Currently, these groups are charged the same rates as businesses and expatriates – 16fils per kilowatt-hour for the first 5,000 units of electricity and 29fils per kilowatt-hour beyond that .
