Sylvester Franklin of Savannah, Georgia, ordered a drill from AliExpress but received a picture of the tool instead.
Looking for new tools, Franklin logged onto AliExpress and ordered a drill and a pressure washer. But instead of getting the items he ordered, he received a picture of a drill and a screw.
Franklin has repeatedly tried to get a refund for the $40 (BD15) he spent on AliExpress but hasn't heard back from them since he received the items last November.
"This is not good. This is real bad. All this is bad, you know what I mean? Don't scam nobody. I don't like to get scammed because if you spend your money, you want to get what you paid for," Franklin told television station WTOC.
