His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday deputised Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa to attend the reception hosted by the Qatari Embassy to celebrate Qatar’s National Day. Shaikh Khalid was received by Qatari Ambassador Sultan bin Ali Al Khater .
