DRESSAGE – NADA Ebrahim headlined the list of winners in the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI) Dressage Challenge, held for the first time in the kingdom at the Military Sports Union arena.
The event took place under the patronage of Al Fursan Team captain Shaikha Noora bint Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Ebrahim, riding Jalina JS, secured first place in the preliminary category for seniors with a score of 66.121 points. Faisal Moosa and his horse Pirata Cen took second place with 64.397 points, while Carlijn Leeflang on Charlie came third with 63.190 points.
Young rider Hanan Al Mahmeed achieved first place in the preliminary category for juniors with her horse Quinton HS.
Meanwhile, Megan Black clinched first place in the seniors’ category with her horse Jaranero CVI, scoring 68.241 points. Second position went to Nazia Al Amri with her horse Bolero RV II, scoring 66.162 points, while Reza Munfaredi and his horse Navarro CAV took third place with 64.125 points.
Black continued her brilliance, achieving first place in the second seniors’ category with her horse Lionell V, scoring 64.848 points. Mohammed Al Meabad came in second with his horse Numantino Cen, scoring 55.833 points.
At the end of the event, the winners were presented with their prizes.
The participating riders expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Shaikha Noora for her efforts in providing support and encouragement in the championships, which contribute to the development of their technical skills and the advancement of dressage in the kingdom.
