The Indian Ladies Association (ILA) organised a special event, Canvas of Smiles, at its Sneha Recreation Centre for children with special needs to mark Children’s Day, observed on November 20 every year. The event, held at the association’s premises in Bu Ghazal, featured a painting session led by ILA president Kiran Mangle and artists Sneha Raj and Thanuja Anil .
