BAHRAIN Institute of Public Administration (Bipa) director-general Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, held the national efforts led by Her Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty King Hamad and Supreme Council of Women president, to enhance women’s standing as the cornerstone of development and the driving engine of institutional leadership in the public and private sectors.
She stressed the importance of achieving gender balance in institutional policies and strategies in line with national aspirations to enhance Bahrain’s standing across all fields .
