PROSECUTORS have appealed the acquittal of an expatriate accused of setting fire to his room-mate’s bed and stealing his savings.The 33-year-old Bangladeshi man was accused of theft, intentionally starting a fire in a place of residence and posing a hazard to others’ lives and property .
