A Dh8 billion (BD819,060,585) residential development project has been launched by Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Abu Dhabi Executive Council Chairman Shaikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Balghaiylamm, which will be developed by Aldar Properties in partnership with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA), will offer 1,743 high-quality ready-built homes and access to a broad range of facilities in a vibrant community, upon completion.
The project is part of the government's efforts to develop integrated and sustainable residential neighbourhoods that will further enhance family stability and community wellbeing in the emirate.
It will be located north-east of Yas Island and is scheduled to be completed by 2026.
