A BAHRAINI court has issued its first judicial arbitration order in English awarding an American company payment of more than $9 million following an aircraft leasing dispute.Judge Hamad Al Suwaidi, president of the High Commercial Court, issued his order on June 20 following an application filed by an American company to the Bahraini judiciary seeking recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitral decision .
