Leading UAE developers Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) and Lead Development have announced the launch of its marina community, Marsa Al Jubail within Jubail Island, a AED12 billion ($3.26 billion) master-planned development in Abu Dhabi,
A premium project for UAE, Jubail Island is owned by JIIC and developed and managed by LEAD, and will be home to an idyllic collection of six residential village estates located between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.
Set among the mangrove forests, Marsa Al Jubail will be offering a contented lifestyle with a focus on nature and wellness, which will be located in Marfaa Al Jubail village.
The marina community’s white yachts and striking contemporary architecture will provide residents with a tranquil lifestyle with the 65-berth marina surround by a promenade that culminates in a perfect sunset observation point at the western end, stated the developers.
A key highlight of the project is the signature Yacht Club – a modern, two-level space which will include an upscale dining venue with alfresco seating on the promenade, as well as a member’s lounge and a gym, among other amenities.
The Yacht Club will also provide its visitors with picturesque views from terraces that oversee the marina and water channel, as well as a stunning view of the Abu Dhabi skyline, they said.
Located amid some of the UAE’s most beautiful natural landscapes, the Marsa Al Jubail community will offer 36 luxury villas, consisting of 3 and 4 bedrooms.
Designed in an open-plan, contemporary and low-rise, low-impact configuration, the bespoke villas will offer an integrated waterfront experience – with options that include charming sea and sunset views, as well as marina and waterfront channel views which can be enjoyed through the floor to ceiling windows, said the developers.
The interior design of the Marsa Al Jubail villas is both light and neutral in tone, creating a luxury space that fits within the beautifully landscaped community. Characterized by state-of-the-art architecture, the sizeable structure of the homes allows for plenty of natural light and modern finishes to create an inviting, open feel, they added.
Mahmoud Dandashly, Chief Business Officer of Lead Development said: "We are thrilled to be unveiling our newest waterfront development – Marsa Al Jubail. It will offer residents a boutique, private and tranquil island setting, unlike anything else in the capital."
"The luxurious and contemporary villas, along with a signature Yacht Club will provide residents with a wellbeing-focused lifestyle surround by unrivalled natural beauty," he noted.
Marsa Al Jubail, he stated, also includes a range of community facilities including several dining options, outdoor walkways, and a marina promenade – all of which will offer residents an intimate and private community, situated among nature in a tranquil island setting.
The community’s proximity to nearby mansion developments further ensures a sense of luxury and seclusion from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
With more than 30 km of pristine waterfront around Jubail Island, Marsa Al Jubail is at the center of the island – providing residents with accessibility to reach their homes by boat or car, appealing to those who seek a finer way of living, said Dandashly.
Set within a serene natural context of mangrove forests and waterways, the design of Marsa Al Jubail has been carefully planned as walkable small coastal settlement of low-rise and low-impact residences, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
