A ghabga night was organised by a volunteer programme last Tuesday at the Muharraq Model Youth Centre.
Dream Big, a non-profit volunteering programme that focuses on teaching children the English language, celebrated the night by thanking their volunteers.
Umm Mariam Mohammed Waris was announced volunteer of the month for her dedication and commitment to teaching.
The event also included games such as Ramadan bingo, a version of act the word, a Ramadan version of jeopardy and a customised maze as well.
