The one-loop 90 km (56.1 mile) cycling leg of the race will start from the race village near Reef Island, and then turn left on Al Farooq Junction from King Faisal Highway until the traffic light near the Sheraton Hotel.
The cyclists will then turn around on the same road, towards Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Highway, all the way to Zallaq.
Athletes will pass iconic landmarks like the World Trade Centre and the Bahrain International Circuit during this leg of the competition.
Competitors will cycle up to the Gulf of Bahrain road near Al Jazair Public Beach and then return on the Zallaq Highway, before ending the cycling leg at the Reef Island.
The Traffic Directorate cautioned drivers to stay within the lanes designated for cars, drive safely while paying attention to the contestants and to stay focused on the road.
Swimming will be the first leg of the race to kick off tomorrow morning at 6.20am for men and 6.23am for women.
The one-loop 1.9 km (1.2 mile) swim starts at the water in front of the Reef Island. Athletes follow the rectangular "L" shaped swim layout that leads along a series of left turns and back to the lagoon's bank before they head into transition and begin cycling.
After the second leg of the competition, the athletes will have to complete the three-loop 21.1 km (13.1 mile) run course starting at the Reef Island towards the Bahrain Financial Harbour and then back to the Reef Island in the heart of the city.
