Parliament’s session ended abruptly today amid a health alert with several MPs requesting urgent Covid-19 tests after an MP tested positive to the virus.
Parliament secretary-general Rashid Najma said in an urgent media communique that work would resume without disruption by MPs and employees online, including direct services to the public, committee affairs and any scheduled meetings .
