Riyadh: Al-Nasr Club qualified to the semi-finals of the Saudi King’s Football Cup, edging past Al-Orouba 3-1.
The striker sealed the victory for his team, netting twice in the 1st minute before doubling the score 48 minutes into the match, which was held at the King Fahad International Stadium in Riyadh.
His teammate midfielder Yahya Al-Shahri scored the third goal in the 71st minute before Mohammed Marzooq netted the face-saving goal for Al-Orouba two minutes before the end of the match.
Al-Nasr will take on for the semi-finals, the winner of the quarterfinal match between Al-Ittihad and Al-Hazm, scheduled to be played today.
