Manama: Universal Financing Services, a credit cards and payment services provider, is to be liquidated on a voluntary basis, according to a notice published in the local media yesterday.
The notice says shareholders have resolved to place the company into voluntary liquidation and to appoint RSM Mezan as liquidator .
