Manama: Heavy school bags could be causing irreversible spinal damage to Bahrain’s students, a government health expert has warned.
Carrying too much in a bag that is ill-fitting and poorly designed is the root cause of the problem, Health Ministry Public Health Directorate school health programme head Dr Eman Haji told the GDN .
