Manama: His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has been congratulated by a wide section of citizens on obtaining the International Telecommunication Union Award marking ITU’s 150th anniversary. The award will be conferred on him during a celebration at the UN headquarters in New York on September 26 .
