NEW regulations could soon be enforced to oblige home and building owners across Bahrain to get a building durability permit before beginning work on expansions of 60 square metres and above.
The Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry has referred the new decision to Bahrain’s three municipal councils and the Capital Trustees Board .
