Amman - Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Haj and Umrah on Wednesday launched the “Umrah Nusuk” service, a new digital platform enabling pilgrims from outside the Kingdom to apply directly for Umrah visas and book related services without intermediaries via the platform (https://umrah.nusuk.sa/), according to a ministry statement.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that “Nusuk Umrah” is one of the new options available for those wishing to perform Umrah from abroad, alongside existing channels such as licensed agents in pilgrims’ home countries, who can also be identified through the platform.
The new service allows pilgrims to choose integrated packages or individual services, including visas, accommodation, transport, enrichment tours and support services. Users can also customise their packages according to their preferences through a modern interface that supports seven languages and is integrated with relevant government systems to ensure a unified and seamless digital experience.
The platform offers multiple payment options tailored to different categories of users, enabling pilgrims to complete all procedures online from application to receiving the entry visa. It also provides a variety of packages and services designed to meet diverse needs and expectations, ensuring a smoother and richer experience.
