The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) signed a co-operation agreement with the University of Technology Bahrain (UTB), covering several strategic areas of academic, cultural, and social collaboration.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by RHF secretary general Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and UTB president Dr Hassan Ali Al Mulla .
