The Interior Ministry’s showjumping team secured top ranks at the Wellington International Showjumping Championship, held in the UK from May 21-25.
The team won first place twice, outperforming 187 riders from nine countries.
Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science director general Major General Abdulaziz Al Rumaihi congratulated Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, crediting his support and guidance for the team’s success.
He also commended the follow-up by Public Security chief Lieutenant-General Tariq Al Hassan, and lauded the team’s determination and strong performance internationally.
