Manah - The activities of the Arts Week organised by Oman Across Ages Museum kicked off today.
The 5-day event, held in cooperation with a number of official and private establishments, includes many training programmes in various fields of art, in addition to guided tours and communication with a group of artists.
Eng. Al Yaqdhan Abdullah Al Harthi, Director General of Oman Across Ages Museum, said that the event targets children, youth and people interested in the field of arts.
Al Harthi added that the event enhances inspiration and provides new ways to connect generations with their cultural identity through art.
Al Harthi explained that the week’s activities include programmes presented by specialists from the Oman Across Ages Museum, the Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (ASMED), private universities and colleges and theatre directors and actors.
