A Palestinian mother was reunited with her son after a 15-month separation due to the war, according to a video circulating on social media.
The mother was seen greeting her weeping son in Gaza. He is heard saying, “Rest in peace, Hamed. He was the first one to receive me, defending his country.”
Thousands of displaced Palestinians in Gaza began moving to northern Gaza after Israeli forces withdrew, while ambulance crews were deployed on Al Rasheed Street to receive returning displaced people.
