Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Ministry Under-Secretary for Agriculture and Marine Resources Dr Khalid Ahmed Hassan inspected the Budaiya Fishing Port yesterday, and affirmed the ministry’s keenness to strengthen its partnership with the private sector to invest in fishing ports across the kingdom.
He said that the Agriculture and Marine Resources Affairs is working to launch investment projects to develop the ports with the aim of achieving the maximum benefits from its properties, which is an important element in the efforts to achieve sustainable food security .
