The Indian Club is all set to host the Bahrain Junior International Series Badminton Tournament 2023, in association with the Bahrain Badminton and Squash Federation.
The tournament, approved by the Badminton World Federation and Badminton Asia, will kick off tomorrow and continue until Sunday.
The world ranking points event has attracted over 100 top international players from countries across the globe as well as a number of high-quality local players.
The largest number of players will be from India, in addition to Bahraini participants.
Players from Jordan, Iran, Syria, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the UAE and Saudi Arabia will also compete in the tournament.
The tournament will feature under-15 and under-19 boys’ singles, girls’ singles, boys’ doubles, girls’ doubles and mixed doubles.
Matches will be held from 3pm to 10pm every day at the Indian Club premises.
