PARKING facilities are being expanded in the country with 1,200 car parking spaces created across various governorates during the first half of the year.
Works Ministry roads planning and design director Maha Hamada said car parks, including a few by the roadside, have been built in every governorate to reduce illegal parking, caused mainly by an increase in demand paired with a lack of space .
