Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre has appointed Wojtek Orlewicz as Complex Director of Rooms to oversee all aspects of guest accommodations, from front desk reception to housekeeping and facilities.
Wojtek, formerly director of rooms at Waldorf Astoria, Ras Al Khaimah, will work closely with the hotel’s senior team to ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, while taking responsibility for mentoring and developing his team of 340 associates.
His portfolio of six hotels includes Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, Le Meridien Fairway, Aloft Al Mina and Aloft Dubai Airport, Element Al Mina and Element Dubai Airport, totalling 1,247 keys.

Orlewicz rejoined Marriott International earlier in 2023 having previously worked at Marriott International between 2004 and 2010. He started off at the Marriott Executive Apartments as a Guest Relation and Communications Executive and transferred to the JW Marriott Dubai in 2006 to become the Guests Relations Manager.
Wojtek started his hospitality career with Hyatt Regency in Warsaw, Poland in 2001 before moving to the United Arab Emirates. He went on to build an extensive career in hotels operations and management, and subsequently moved to Abu Dhabi in 2017 where he held the position of Executive Assistant Manager at Saadiyat Rotana Resort and Villas.
Wojtek holds a BSc Hons in Hotel Management from WSHGiT Warsaw, Poland and a MA Economy of Tourism from WSE Warsaw, Poland. He is also an active member of the AICR (Amicale Internationale des Sous Directeurs et Chefs de Reception). – TradeArabia News Service
