Representatives of the executive office of the National Disaster Management Committee participated in the open-ended meeting of technical and legal experts for Sharing Information on States’ Implementation of the Code of Conduct on the Safety and Security of Radioactive Sources, which was held by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Austria.
Major Hamad Sabah Swar, acting head of the executive office, said the meeting focused on legal aspects pertaining to the code of conduct, challenges and priorities .
