According to an analysis of prime areas* in Dubai in Q2 2022 by Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, Jumeira Bay Island had recorded the largest increase in prices per sq. ft.
The prices (quarter-on-quarter) had jumped by 44.3% to reach AED 6,500 per sq. ft. in Q2. In the prime off-plan market, the island also recorded the highest gains, jumping by 27.7% to reach AED 4,828 per sq. ft in Q2.
