In fulfillment of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s vision, and in implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today announced the launch of a 100% Bahraini-built satellite project in the kingdom.
The project is expected to be completed and launched by the end of December 2023, HH Shaikh Nasser said, noting that this project is a distinguished achievement for the Kingdom, as a group of Bahraini youth who are qualified in the field of space sciences and technologies will contribute to building it .
