Parliament Speaker Fouzia Zainal, chairperson of the parliamentary delegation’s executive committee, yesterday took over the presidency of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU), succeeding UAE Federal National Council Speaker Saqr Ghobash.The transfer of the presidency protocols took place during the 32nd conference of the AIPU being held in Cairo .
