A stunning picture showing the silhouette of an endurance rider on horseback went viral on social media, especially Instagram and Twitter.
It was taken by photographer Ahmed Fathi from the media office and information centre of Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The picture shows a rider on horseback during the opening race of the endurance season.
The race was organised by the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation.
