Riyadh: The World Health Organisation (WHO) has listed three Saudi cities among the most polluted cities in the world. The Geneva-based health agency cited the capital Riyadh, Al-Jubail and Dammam among the top twenty most air-polluted cities in the world.
The Iranian city of Zabol, which has a population of more than 100,000 is ranked as the most polluted city followed by Gwalior and Allahabad, two Indian cities, while Riyadh, Saudi Arabia's capital and largest city, comes in fourth, reported by Al-Riyadh.
Al-Jubail comes in fifth while Dammam, one of the largest cities in the Eastern province, is ranked 15th.
